Pet & Parking Policies

Restricted breeds are Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chows, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Mastiffs, Huskys, Labs, Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bull Dogs or any hybrid or mixed breed of one or more of the aforementioned. The list includes larger and aggressive breeds.

  • Pet policy: We welcome 1 dog per unit or 1 cat, or 1 dog and 1 cat together, or 2 cats. We have a weight restriction of 45 lbs. Some breeds are restricted as well. Pet fee for a cat is $200 with monthly pet rent of $20. Pet fee for a dog is $300 with $30 monthly pet rent. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.
